The room was good, and the room service staff were polite. Enjoyed the pool and spa. Ice rink session was fun. Despite issues with breakfast and bed arrangements, the overall stay was pleasant.

Hyatt Regency's location near the airport and Deira is convenient for markets and restaurants. Rooms are spacious, clean, with great views. the staff is attentive and Galeria mall nearby offers easy access to essentials.

I chose this hotel for its convenient location near the Al Fahidi Historical Neighbourhood, and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of international and traditional cuisines offered in the warm, energized atmosphere of the hotel's restaurants and bars.

the Spa & Wellness Centre was fantastic; the massage was top-notch with an amazing steam room and sauna, and the outdoor swimming pool was a perfect temperature for a refreshing swim.

The only minor issue we experienced was the lack of convenient private facilities in our room, but the hotel promptly provided us with alternative solutions. we had an exclusive experience at this hotel, where we enjoyed all the luxurious features and amenities.

The room was immaculate, with a comfortable king size bed and fast internet. the staff, especially Mr Afzal, went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Would stay again. Service better than photos!

The location was dope, right along the Corniche - we could easily hit up the waterfront promenade and the indoor ice rink nearby. The staff was so chill and looked out for us, making our vacay super epic.

If there was one thing that could take this place from lit to legendary for us party-goers, it would be an on-site nightclub or rooftop bar for when we're in the mood to turn up without leaving the hotel.

This hotel is conveniently located near a traditional marketplace for souvenir shopping and a metro station for easy traveling. It's also close to the Galleria for high-end shopping. The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful and courteous. Guests can enjoy a well-prepared breakfast spread and try Indian cuisine at the restaurant which, although pricey, is of good quality. the hotel provides value for money given its location and amenities.

We had a wonderful stay in a high floor room with a limited view at an elegant hotel near the traditional market place and a metro station. The staff, especially Silivia and the Egyptian lady, provided top-notch service. The breakfast was really good, and the clean and warm pool was a nice bonus. The hotel is also close to a small mall with a supermarket.

The shower head in our room was leaking water and the shower room was basic, not up to the standard of a 4-star hotel.

the room was clean and had a nice view of the creek. the club lounge wasn't crowded and the dinner buffet was great. the hotel is connected to a mall with a grocery store and a cinema showing bollywood movies. the staff were very helpful and treated us like family. the reception desk and concierge were excellent - with fast and friendly service.

Thanks to Ms. Frances and her manager, Ms. Pushpa, we were even given a complementary upgrade to an Executive Room, which made our stay even more exciting. The staff at the Karaoke bar were also good and provided a great experience. I would highly recommend this hotel.
